1994 HIGH POINT CHAMP BEADED RODEO COWBOY BELT HUGE STERLING BUCKLE SLIDE TIP WD

This is a fantastic old Estate Fresh Vintage BEADED WESTERN COWBOY RODEO BELT w HUGH STERLING SILVER BUCKLE , BELT SLIDE & TIP signed by the Navajo Artisan Waldo Davis or Dan Whitegoat - WD.  Whitegoat uses this same mark without the periods after the initals so I am leaning towards him.  Waldo is also known for his Buckles though, so.... its one of'em.  The Marked Sterling pieces come on this beautiful Western Cowboy Beaded Rodeo belt with no makers mark, its all leather and in great condition.  This buckle is the award for the High Point Champion of the NMPHA of 1994.  The belt is overall 49" long end to end with that big buckle, but will accommodate a waist size of somewhere tween 40 down to a, say 32 based on the original holes.  Im a 36 and it fits me in the 3rd hole w 3 to go, its cool!  36-38 is ideal.  The buckle is a massive 5" long x 3 7/8" high, and its heavy!  The Other pieces by Waldo are Sterling and 10K gold filled, I do not know what this gold is and I assume its overlay, but I dunno. The Horse has enamel decoration on it to resemble a Pinto or Paint.  The NMPHA I believe represents the New Mexico Pinto Horse Association.  All part of the High Point Western Pleasure Circuit.  THis buckle was for the 2 year old class from the 1994 season Championship!  The belt width is 1.5" and honestly this would look great on any Cowboy!  Its a nice heavy beefy buckle and tip accent piece.  The buckle and belt slide alone weigh a whopping 203.87g, and that does not count the big Sterling tip since it is secured to the belt.  That in scrap market value alone is around 200 of just Sterling!
The beaded decoration is great looking and has that Native American Indian look to the Horse Back rider Rodeo design style.  Its in great condition with really good colors.  I see no damage anywhere, just normal signs of age for all parts.  Good Navajo made Buckle and accents all in Sterling on a beautiful Beaded Belt!
