Perfect for grocery store or restaurant. Chill any foods (meats, pastas, etc.) from any temperature down to 37 Deg F. Alarm beeps when product(s) are done being chilled. This blast chiller is NOT FOR ICE CREAM, GELATO, DOUGH BALLS, ETC., as it is programmed only to bring foods down to 37 Deg F even though as you'll see in the pictures the cabinet is at -40 Deg F. Very easy to export data to USB stick if required. On casters for easy moving, machine is 208-220V/3 Phase/19 Amps (includes cord with L1530 plug).
