.... Super nice old 1960's Tin Litho Sandy Andy #61 Sand Toy .. this toy has at least 98% of its original old paint & is in excellent condition with only very very light wear  ... The little metal weight that fits on the string is missing and that little weight is used to pull the Cart up the ramp and when the cart fills up with the correct weight of sand, it than is suppose to go down the ramp & dump the sand and than start the process all over again ..  ..  ..
