1.we warrant the Faucets with leak and drip problems free during normal residential use for a period of eight (8) years. If the Faucet should leak or drip during normal use, we will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge
necessary to put the Faucet in good working condition.
2.we also warrant all other aspects of the faucet or accessories, (except gold, non-chrome finishes) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for eight (8) years from date of purchase. If a defect is found in normal residential use,we will,at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.we're not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs.
3.If the Faucet is used commercially, we warrant the Faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is purchased. And if the finish is gold, non-chrome or a painted or powder coated color finish, we warrant the Faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) year from the date the product is purchased.
4.If you believe that you have a warranty claim, please email us and
be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number and the date the product was purchased. Also include the copy of your original order confirmation.
