It is brand new in the package, and has two pairs of socks in it.  It is Carter's, a trusted name in baby clothing.  The socks are size 12-24 months, are 97% polyester, 3% spandex, and are about 4.5" long from the top to the toe.  They are very cute patterns, and are a great two pair of baby socks.
