Please excuse any glare in the photos.  This crystal piece is signed by Lars Hellsten (full signature) for Orrefors, Sweden.  There is also a sticker for Orrefors Sweden.  The shape is a leaf, possibly a maple.  This piece is designed with varying heights; sitting low in the front towards the stem and gradually rising towards the upper point of the leaf.  The height at the top point of the leaf is 3 11/16" while the height from the bottom of the stem is 1 9/16".  Measurements were taken while the piece was sitting on a flat surface.  The width of the piece varies as well; lower leaf point to opposite leaf point is 6.75" across the top and middle leaf point to the opposite leaf point is 7.75" across the top.  Measuring the width up and down (from top leaf point to the base of the stem) this piece is 7 15/16" wide.  All measurements provided are approximates.  The bottom of this piece is quite lovely with the raised midrib and veins of the leaf.  This is a heavy piece weighing 3 pounds 10 ounces unwrapped.

Carefully review the
pictures please.  They are provided as a part of the description.  The crystal is clear without spotting.  Scratching is mostly concentrated along the raised ridges of the underside of the bowl where it sits on a flat surface.  When looking at the piece with the stem at the bottom, there is a tiny chip where the stem meets the leaf right at the top.  It sits to the left of the signatures.  It is about 1/16" wide and 1/16" long without measurable depth.  This appears to sit flat on the outside top edge.  You can feel it and catch a fingernail on it.
A note about 'vintage' or 'antique' pieces: they are to be considered preowned.  Evidence of some use should be expected, but damage WILL BE described and photographed.
