We inspected the shower faucet and noted it has a few small blemishes throughout (see second and third photos for examples) It appears that installation may have been started and then stopped as the mounting hardware are still sealed in the manufacturer packaging. Ships with the installation instructions. We will provide for a 60-day return and if we missed something or if you need to send it back return shipping will be free.
