Marrowbone Development was a coal mining company located in Mingo County West Virginia. Excellent condition with just minor wear. Does have some pitting on the belt clasp(bar). Buckle itself is in great shape. Some tarnishing around edges which could easily be removed by polishing. See photos for exact condition. Made by Jostens and stamped sterling.
