Dolly is used and shows minor, expected scuffs and scrapes from normal use and there is an ID number marked on the side, but the cart is in overall good condition.  Wheels are in nice shape and dolly rolls good.

Please do not accept a delivery on an item that appears to be damaged, as we will have no recourse once you sign off that you have accepted the package as it is.
