Mark: Orrefors Crystal Perfume Bottle L1379/1
Lovely crystal perfume bottle by Orrefors. The orbed bottle, and flat cut, features a beautifully engraved motif of Eve holding the apple from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The perfume bottle was designed by Nils Landberg after Vicke Lindstrand's prior design.
​​​​It is mouth blown, and hand cut and etched. Made in Sweden. Base is finely ground, and is signed (minor scratches). NO chips or flea bites.
Measurements:
Height: 3 inches
2 1/4 x 2 3/4 inches x 4 3/4 H.
Heavy round crystal bottle has and engraved design on flat cut front. Underside is marked with code for Orrefors, cut glass, production numbers and the designer code for Nils Landberg. He was doing this type of engraved designs, in the 1930's and 40's.
