Here is a pair of tights from the 2008 Gymboree Dots of Fun line - this line didn't go to all the stores so is somewhat hard to find.  Size 2T-3T.  New with tags.
Dots of Fun Polka Dot Tights - cotton blend tights have allover polka dots against an off-white background and an elasticized waist.  Color:  Twig Snow.
