It is New Old Stock (NOS), but does show light surface wear due to storage and handling over the years, including minor surface marks and scratches.  It has been ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap and has nice shine, is very clean, it is straight and not bent, with no issues at all.  Coin is shown for depth and perspective and is not included.
A very simple design with a reeded edge, is screw set to hold your coin in place, and is attached to a flat blank plate that can be used to personally monogram or engrave, with a tension lock ring to hold keys or to use as a fob.  Jump ring to the bezel is not soldered shut, so you could remove it if you choose so you can use this as a necklace pendant.  It is not hallmarked by a maker that we can see.
This is a great, very affordable piece, perfect if you have a special half dollar you want to display, such as birthday and anniversary years!
