Orrefors SVEN PALMQVIST Vase Signed Crystal Art Glass 8 ins GIRL WITH FLOWERS

Description

This 8-inch vase features a frosted and etched "girl with flowers." It was designed by Swedish glass artist Sven Palmqvist (1906-1984). It is signed/etched onto the base; further identification F4 BE is also etched into the base. See pics 4 & 5.
There are a couple of air bubbles and wear to the base. There may be very minor cloudiness near the interior bottom, but it's difficult to tell because it has such a brilliant shine and pleasing design. No chips, no scratches.
This is a very thick, heavy vase, approximately 3 lbs 3 ozs.
