Orrefors glassworks was founded in 1898 in Smaland, Sweden on the site of an old iron works. There more modern techniques and designs use characteristics of beautiful lead crystal that suggests frozen liquid like this substantial piece.
Unfortunately Orrefors closed its doors in 2012.
This gorgeous piece fits a tea light ( included) .
