    Orrefors Sweden Jan Johansson Fleur Pattern Crystal Art Glass Vase Scandinavian.
    Orrefors glassworks was founded in 1898 in Smaland, Sweden on the site of an old Ironworks. Their more modern techniques and designs use characteristics of this beautiful lead crystal to suggest a blooming flower.
    Jan Johansson came to Orrefors in 1969 after training is a silversmith in Stockholm at the College of Arts, Craft and Design. As an artist, his interest in refining the optical effects of pure sculptural crystal is reflected in his expressive work.
    Unfortunately Orrefors closed doors in 2012.
