RARE Dino The Dinosaur Flintstones LINEMAR Toys Japan Tin Wind Up Toy 1961

Description

Dino works - he walks, mouth moves, and a click click sound comes out (is that supposed to be his bark?) There is an on off switch on his back that only partially stops him. What's amazing to me is that his purple color is still so vivid, with only a very few minor scratches, and it doesn't look like anyone ever tried to take him apart. Copyright Hanna Barbera productions 1961. I am told that this toy was only in production for a limited time and was later replaced by a Dino with a rider which is much more common. He's about 5 1/4 inches tall and 8 inches long.
