These buckles I just found in a box they are left  over from my store and are all new some still in original plastic wrap  and in new condition. The bubbles and imperfection you see are from the original plastic wrap These buckles are new and the plastic wrap have protected them and on the bottom of the buckle is the end of the clear plastic stand I couldnt get rid of.
