Sterling Silver Belt Buckle by Orvis Handmade with Stones Turquoise ? RARE ORVIS

This is such an great piece by Orvis. It is a solid sterling silver belt buckle. I believe it was handmade for the person who's name is etched on the back of the piece and is etched with artists name Frank Ferrsers (?) Tuscon. The size of the buckle is approx. 3.5" across and 2 1/4" down. It weighs approx. 64 grams on my postage scale. The stones look like turquoise but I am not sure what they are? It's truly a beautiful work of art. I do not see anything else like it on the web. It's a very rare piece!
