This is a gorgeous marriage of vintage faux pearl and rhinestone jewelry pieces. The necklace is about 23 inches long. What makes this so special is that the gold tone spacers have incredible detail with many little white rhinestones. The earrings are clip on faux pearl dangle earrings. All the proceeds will go to Whiskers Rescue Inc. to help care for and neuter stray cats. We have neutered over 2000 stray cats to date but we desperately need your help to stop the pet over population problem. Below are three kitties from the colony we are currently having spayed and neutered. This colony is cared for by a wonderful woman who feeds them every day regardless of weather. These cats are all feral and are living the only life they have ever known. They are as happy as they know they can be but nothing is quite like a real home. In a humane effort to prevent more homeless kittens from being born each of them will be neutered, tested, vaccinated and ear tipped for identification. They will all go back to their colony after recovery and be fed and sheltered for the rest of their lives. Tigger we are hoping to catch next week. Unfortunately he has a badly injured eye that he may lose. He will be ok though with surgery and a little time.  Your bids will help these cats  and others just like them. It will also help prevent more unwanted feral kitties from being born this summer. Whiskers Rescue thanks all of you on behalf of Tigger, Pumpkin and Eor.
Update. Unfortunately this time it is not all good news. We trapped Eor and Tigger to go to the vet this past week. Eor is fine and is already back to his colony. Sadly Tigger did not make it. It turned out his eye problem was caused by a tumor and he could not be saved. We will miss him but thankfully he did not have to suffer.
