Vintage German Clown Playing Symbols

Description

Nice toy, Clown playing symbols and moving his head and arms.  It operates mechanically, you depress the plunger and he moves however lever is broken.  You can still operate the toy however.  It was made in German Demokratic Republic,  Toy is in nice condition and comes with its original box.
