This is a nice rare find. This is a used , vintage Raggedy Ann & Andy Chein Tin Litho Sand Pail. It is a large pail and is approx. 8" tall x 8" top diameter. This vintage sand pail has graphics of Raggedy Ann and Andy. It is marked " 1972 The Bobbs-Merrill Company , Inc" " Chein Playthings". It has a blue exterior with a green interior. Red wood handle and wire bale that is all intact. Expect some scratching, scuffing, dings, rust in areas as shown. Please see photos for more details as they are an important part of the description.
